Studio Black wants you to absolutely love everything you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging, we will either replace it, exchange it or provide a store credit. In this case, please inform us with the reason of return and your invoice number within 7 days of receipt of the products. *Please note sale items are not eligible for a refund however we do offer an exchange.
Please ask before buying if you are unsure of any aspect of the product. We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your email address has been entered correctly.
If you still cannot see why you haven’t received one please email us and we’ll look into it for you.

1. Acceptance Of Terms
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
2. Price, Currency & GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only. Studio Black reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
3. Domestic Shipping
Our products are sent directly to you from our store in Riverhead, or warehouse if they are products which are exclusive to the online store.
We use Fastway Couriers , A2 Logistics and PBT Transport for orders throughout New Zealand.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders and pre-orders) within 1-2 business days.
4. Australia Shipping
Items are shipped to Australia via DHL. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days for stock readily available on our online store. Any taxes, duties, and other incoming customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Studio Black will not include any extra costs that may occur within your receiving country within the shipping quotes provided.
*Please note due to the fragility of some of our products we will only ship low risk breakables and small volumes of homewares. Please email email@example.com prior to purchase if you have any concerns and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible.
5. Other International Shipping
If you live outside of the list of countries we ship to and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer. Studio Black will not include any extra costs that may occur within your receiving country within the shipping quotes provided.
6. Online Order Pick Up
You can also order online and pick up from our store located in Riverhead. Your order will be wrapped, paid and ready to go. We'll email you once its ready to pick up.
